Refunds
Refunds are not available on any orders placed through imlabradordali.com. As a brand that values sustainability, we proudly operate on a “Zero Inventory” model. With each sale, we aim to support the charitable cause of treatment and welfare of stray animals in India by donating 10% of each sale to this cause.
Each product is made to order, ensuring minimal waste and responsible production. Therefore, we do not accept refunds or returns once an order has been processed.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for products of the same value, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and original packaging.
Exchange Procedure
1. Requests for exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving your product. Write to us at imlabradordali.com for an exchange request with a picture of the product in good condition and reason for exchange.

2. Once your request is received, our team will review and approve the claim within 2 business days of receiving the exchange request.

3. Upon confirmation of the exchange request, customers should choose to send the product back through any reliable courier service to our factory address.

4. Shipping costs of the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is received in defective condition or is incorrect.

5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped promptly.
​
6.The new order will be delivered within the stipulated time without additional shipping charges.
Order Rejection and Cancellations
imlabradordali.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of a product, incorrect address, or non-serviceable pin code.
For prepaid orders, refunds (in case of cancellation by us) will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 2 to 3 working days, or as processed by our payment partners.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
1. Cash on Delivery is applicable only for serviceable pin codes. Please contact us at imlabradordali@gmail.com to confirm whether the COD option is available at your location.
2. COD orders can be cancelled or restricted based on delivery location, order history, or product type.
3. COD orders are non-refundable if the order is not accepted upon delivery.
